Workshops and events are delivered by freelance practitioners and operate on a pay-what-you-can basis. Contributions are voluntary and made at the discretion of participants. Where booking contributions are collected through the website, payments are processed to facilitate participation and to support the delivery of sessions and studio operations. Income and expenses are recorded in accordance with UK self-employment requirements.
Public liability insurance is held in connection with professional practice.
2. Privacy, Cookies & Data Protection

Our website uses cookies to function correctly. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use them to:
– Remember the items in your cart while you book a ticket.

Sharing Your Data

3. Terms of Sale & Refunds
Booking a class or event through this website reserves a place in the session you have selected. Please check the date and time of your booking carefully before completing payment.
All classes operate on a pay-what-you-can basis. Contributions are voluntary and made at the discretion of participants. Payments made through the website are treated as a contribution toward the running of the studio and the delivery of the session you have booked.
Because places are limited and studio space is booked in advance, contributions are generally non-refundable if you are unable to attend. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where reasonable notice is given, we may be able to transfer your booking to another date at our discretion.
If a class or event is cancelled by the studio for any reason, participants will be offered either:
a transfer to a future session, or
a full refund of their contribution.
The studio reserves the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave a session if behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or working environment of the group, in line with the studio’s Code of Conduct. In such circumstances, refunds may not be issued.
If you experience any problems with a booking made through the website, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
